FILAMENT APARTMENTS

Filament Apartments are a new modern living space located in the heart of Garland Texas. Filament finds in identity in heritage of the Garland Power & Light Company, the local community founded utilities company. Established in 1923 GP&L still serves the community of Garland today.

Pulling from vintage electrical manuals, printing methods, and light spectrums, Filament finds itself positioned as classic as it is modern. With an industrial color palette paired with iridescent foil embossing the identity merges industrial and futurism in a contemporary brand.

PRINT COLLATERAL

Print materials feature the tonal industrial color palette to create the feeling of vintage mechanical diagrams. This is paired with small touches of iridescent foil embossing that represents the light spectrum.
